Managing Partner
Paul is an experienced professional in the financial services sector with over 20 years in private and investment banking. This included numerous roles spanning 9 years across multiple jurisdictions at Credit Suisse and as CFO for SG Kleinwort Hambros in Gibraltar for 8 years. Most recently, Paul setup and managed a private family office for 2 years, growing it to 8 staff. As a KPMG qualified Chartered Accountant his experience covers Financial Control, Group Control, Product Control, Management Information & Control, Taxation, Outsourcing, COO Projects, New Business & IT projects, Corporate Finance projects including de-mergers, liquidations and disposals, Regulatory Reporting, Financial Reporting & Group Consolidation, Fund Accounting, Trust Accounting, SOX, IFRS, FRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, CH GAAP. His specialities include Business Engineering, Financial Control, Group Control, COO Projects, Process Improvements and automation.
Consultant
Hugo is an experienced financial services professional, having worked across financial institutions and service providers in London and Gibraltar. The first portion of his career was spent in capital raising and investor relations roles in London. Whilst in Gibraltar his focus has been on change management and advisory work across financial institutions and technology providers. He possesses a strong corporate strategy, business development, and operational skillset that is geared towards generating value and developing long-term strategic objectives. He holds a Master’s Degree in International Trade Management from IPAG Business School in Paris and a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from Newcastle University.
